When is my order processed?
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. . if your order has a different shipping address than your credit card billing address it may be delayed for fraud protection purposes. We DO NOT Ship on Holidays or Weekends.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes including adding and removing items and cancellations.
Can I place my order by phone?
Sorry, at this time we are unable to process orders by phone only by mail or website.
Do you offer discreet packing?
Yes, we do. All our merchandise is shipped in plain bags or boxes with no promotional stickers or standard USPS packaging, depending on the size/weight of your order and method of delivery; we must however include our shop name “Mafulus” and address for shipping purposes. This helps to guarantee you have a 100% safe shopping experience
What is your Return Policy?

What if my package arrived damaged or I've received the wrong item(s)?
If you received an incorrect item or your item was damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of the item at Customer Support and let us know whether you received the wrong item or if it arrived damaged. Once we receive your request we will happily email you a pre-paid return label to ship back this item to us . Once you receive your pre-paid label via email please print it out and attach it to the package along with the original packing. If you do not contact customer service, you will be responsible for these return shipping charges
I accidentally gave an incorrect Shipping Address. What happens now?
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the ordering process will be subject to an additional $12.00 charge if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.
Is any of my information shared with others companies?
Here at mafulushoes we value our customers and their privacy. We will not share any information that is obtained through our website and orders such as name, email address and home address with other companies. The reason we request your e-mail address is to send any information regarding your order such as order confirmation, shipping update and tracking number.
Do you ship to APO-AFO address?
Yes, we do and it may take additional time to arrive due to military processing and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for APO-FPO orders. Thank you for serving our country!
Do you offer price adjustment?
Sorry but we don't offer any price adjustment.
What do I do if my tracking information states the package was delivered but I never got it?
Unfortunately, sometimes unexpected events may occur during the time of transit that is out of our hands.
Package shipped by UPS, please contact us at Customer Support, Be sure to include the order number in the email. Once we get this information, we will contact the carrier to conduct a trace on your package. This process usually takes 3-5 business days.
Package shipped by USPS and the tracking is showing that your item has been delivered then you need to call your post office to see if they are holding a package for you. Sometimes they attempt a delivery when you're not home and they forget to leave a note in your mail box for you to pick it up. Insurance is only valid for lost or damaged package with the Post Office.
Will I have to pay customs fees on my international order?
Orders shipped outside of the US will almost always be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. Unfortunately, Mafulushoes has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees.
Do you offer customers any Special Discounts?
Customers on our e-mail newsletter lists have access to exclusive discounts and promotions available only to subscribers. My order is returned back to Mafulus due to delivery failure. What should I do?
Packages are returned to us if they are undeliverable. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will immediately contact you for an updated reshipment address (re-shipping fees will be implemented). If we do not receive any contact within a week of the package being returned, we will issue a refund less the shipping costs.
We ship all packages based on the address you provide during checkout. Please make sure that the address you enter is correct. If it is a company, please put the company name in the Company Field.
Do you charge Sale Tax?
Sale tax of 7% is only applied to orders that are shipped to Florida residents are required by state regulations to charge sales tax on orders shipped within Florida. There is no sales tax on orders going to any other states. However if you live outside of the US duties and customs may be applied on your orders arrival.
